Son ind\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des al\u00e9as m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques et g\u00e9opolitiques en fait une composante incontournable du mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dont notre pays a besoin.<\/p><p>Le radier HydreManche \u00ae, en version hydrolienne, est une structure offshore, ballastable, de construction relativement simple avec des mat\u00e9riaux tels que le b\u00e9ton et l\u2019acier.<\/p><h2>Avantages fonctionnels<\/h2><ul><li>Le radier HydreManche \u00ae peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tout type d\u2019hydrolienne existant.<\/li><li>Chaque ch\u00e2ssis de module hydrolien est solidaire de caissons ballastables, par gaz comprim\u00e9, permettant le contr\u00f4le de la flottaison durant l\u2019installation ou le retrait du radier. L\u2019ensemble, radier + modules hydroliens, constitue une structure autoporteuse particuli\u00e8rement stable.<\/li><li>Les effets conjugu\u00e9s d\u2019un centre de gravit\u00e9 et d\u2019un centre de pouss\u00e9e plac\u00e9s tr\u00e8s bas autorisent l\u2019implantation du radier sur des sites \u00e0 fort courant. L\u2019usage du radier permet accro\u00eetre consid\u00e9rablement la productivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation de courants de mar\u00e9e puissants et la possibilit\u00e9 de pose sur des fonds marins irr\u00e9guliers, voire en l\u00e9ger d\u00e9vers. En outre il devient possible d&rsquo;op\u00e9rer sur de plus larges fen\u00eatres m\u00e9t\u00e9o gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa stabilit\u00e9 importante en mode flottaison.<br \/>Le raccordement \u00e9lectrique des machines est regroup\u00e9 en un seul.<\/li><li>La r\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable des op\u00e9rations de remorquage et le non recours au grutage et aux travaux sous-marins, lors des op\u00e9rations d\u2019installation, de maintenance, de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement, conf\u00e8rent au radier HydreManche \u00ae une fiabilit\u00e9 et une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures en termes de pr\u00e9vention et r\u00e9duction des risques d\u2019accidents tout au long de son cycle de fonctionnement.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Avantages \u00e9conomiques et gain de productivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mutualisation et \u00e0 la conception en r\u00e9seau ?<\/h2><p>\u00a0<br \/>Le radier peut mutualiser potentiellement de 3 \u00e0 20 hydroliennes (non exhaustif), en fonction des infrastructures portuaires et en fonction de la puissance des machines s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. <strong>Les co\u00fbts de transport et d\u2019installation seront naturellement divis\u00e9s \u00e0 la mesure du nombre de modules hydroliens pr\u00e9sents sur ce radier<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>R\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable des co\u00fbts d\u2019installation et de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement :<\/h2><ul><li>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses ballasts, le radier HydreManche\u00ae ne n\u00e9cessite pas d\u2019op\u00e9ration de grutage ni lors de son installation, ni lors de sa maintenance, ni lors de son d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement (l\u00e9galement obligatoire).<\/li><li>La mutualisation de plusieurs hydroliennes sur un seul radier permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts d\u2019installation, de retrait et de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement par module g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d\u2019\u00e9nergie. A titre d\u2019exemple, aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019installation puis le retrait de 14 hydroliennes n\u00e9cessiteraient au total 28 op\u00e9rations de grutage (2 x 14) et de tr\u00e8s nombreuses op\u00e9rations de remorquage, au lieu de 2 op\u00e9rations de remorquage et sans obligation d\u2019op\u00e9ration de grutage pour le radier HydreManche \u00ae. De plus la suppression du grutage diminue les contraintes m\u00e9t\u00e9o.<\/li><\/ul><h2>R\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable des co\u00fbts de maintenance lors de la phase d\u2019exploitation<\/h2><p>L\u2019exploitation de plusieurs radiers avec le recours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9change standard sur site permettrait d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019interruption de la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9ventuelle d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e d\u2019une ou deux machines support\u00e9es par un radier n\u2019impliquerait pas forc\u00e9ment le remplacement imm\u00e9diat de celui-ci. Le radier permet ainsi d\u2019adopter une\u00a0 maintenance pr\u00e9ventive avec une p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 r\u00e9ellement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 des machines expos\u00e9es aux contraintes sous-marines.<\/p><h2>Une construction et une mise en \u0153uvre en phase avec le tissu industriel local<\/h2><p>La fabrication, la maintenance et l\u2019exploitation de cette ressource in\u00e9puisable sont porteurs d\u2019emplois p\u00e9rennes et valorisants.
